Treatment
The team of skilled experienced workers of the Barvinok Wellness Center offers our guests a program that will help you not only to get rid of physical ailments, but also to find mental balance. The basic program is designed to maximize the use of human resources through the principles of healthy lifestyles that contribute to the prevention and treatment of diseases. "The human body is the most perfect self-regulating and self-renewing system. Do not disturb it with your unhealthy lifestyle, and it will thank you for the harmony of complete spiritual, mental and physical health." (G. Shatalov)

Experts believe that human health depends on him 70%.
An interesting study on the health effects of humans was conducted by American scientists Bellock and Bresslow, who studied a group of approximately 7,000 people for 10 years. They were people of different age groups, different lifestyles, with different levels of health. The result of this large-scale study was the discovery of major factors that significantly affected the health and life expectancy of the people studied.

If all 8 factors, or so-called “laws of health”, were present in human life for a long time, the life expectancy of a person increased by 8-11 years! - hygienic and living conditions of people, open antibiotics (including penicillin), etc., The average life expectancy of a person has increased only for 3 years! While adhering to 8 simple health principles can increase life expectancy by as much as 11 years!

But someone might say, “It's all good, but I don't want to live that long. Better I live less, but no worries, and in no way denying myself! »But is that so?

Scientists Bellock and Bresslow found that these 8 principles of health not only increase life expectancy, but also improve its quality! It's not just about living long. You can take care of your health and die young from an accident. The fact is that we are given the years of life to live as high as possible! The point is not to voluntarily, with your own hands, make yourself a disabled person. There are older people so energetic that the younger ones will envy them. And there are many young people who have health, like the oldest old ones. This is especially true today, isn't it? We often blame ecology. But let us remember that 70% of health depends on ourselves! We read an excerpt from Dr. Bellock and Bresslow's report: "Good life-long habits, as a consequence, bring good health and also continue to maintain it for about 30 years." But what if we had not practiced good habits all our lives and heard nothing about the existing 8 health laws? There is one great news in all of these scientists' reports.

It's never too late to start! Those of the 7,000 people surveyed who had not previously practiced a healthy lifestyle but at some point decided to follow the laws of health also had positive results in both disease prevention and treatment already acquired! Let's keep that in mind. During the doctor's lectures, we will take a closer look at what these 8 simple laws of health are, and how we can apply them for our own healing and healing! We cordially invite you!
Our program is based on 8 principles of healthy living:

1. Sunlight 1. Sunlight is one of the natural healing agents. It has a positive effect on the functions of the human body: strengthens the immune system, normalizes the pulse rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, promotes the production of melatonin, which provides a restful sleep, improves mood, prevents depression. The sun plays a major role in providing the body with vitamin D, which is formed in the skin by the action of ultraviolet rays. If it is lacking in the body, the amount of calcium in the bones decreases, which leads to a loss of their strength. To improve the indoor climate, it is necessary to ventilate the room daily and open the curtains to get direct sunlight, since they kill germs. The more artificial lighting differs from the natural solar spectrum, the worse it affects human health. Studies show that fluorescent lighting, which predominantly predominates in offices, indoor gyms, hospitals, and office buildings, interferes with the production of melatonin, and instead stimulates the intensive removal of cortisol, the so-called "stress hormone." This leads to nervousness and irritability, increased fatigue due to sleep disorders. The same symptoms were found in a submarine team that lived without the sun for many months. Both humans and plants instinctively reach for the sun. For the body to receive the daily rate of vitamin D, it is necessary to spend 15 minutes daily in the sun. In the summer, sunbathing should be done before 11am or after 4pm, because in the middle of the day the sun can cause damage: sunburn and bruises or cause skin cancer. For health, it is useful to walk daily for at least 30 minutes.

2. Clean air Clean air. Every person inhales about 8000 liters of air, which provides life for the whole body: activates blood circulation, promotes purification of the lungs, improves mental activity, appetite and intensity of digestion, makes sleep deeper and calmer. The life of each cell of the human body depends on oxygen. In the lungs, it combines with red blood cells and is spread throughout the body. Have you noticed that when you exercise, a person automatically takes deep breaths to provide oxygen to every cell in the body? Cells need oxygen for energy. In the case of oxygen deficiency, glucose is broken down and converted into slag (for example, lactate), for the processing and excretion of which cells spend their energy. The modern day man spends most of the day in closed, sometimes poorly ventilated areas. Therefore, you should try to avoid all toxic and harmful substances (such as cigarette smoke), to take care of the fresh air access, if possible, to breathe fresh air from time to time near the open window. Very important position of the human body during work. If you bend down, your lungs cannot expand freely. This impedes the full supply of oxygen. People who go to work in the subway or work in an air-conditioned office get little oxygen. As with everyone, it is especially helpful to sleep at night with windows or flats open. It is better to dress warmly or to cover yourself than to stay without the healing oxygen.

3. Water Water. More than 70% of a person's body weight is water (at a weight of 60 kg, the body contains more than 40 l of water). Water is required for normal circulation and functioning of all body systems. In the case of dehydration, the person becomes irritable and vulnerable, may experience headache and fatigue. The vast majority of people unknowingly suffer from chronic water shortages. Often the reason is that many people perceive the thirst for hunger. To maintain a water balance in the body, you need to drink about two liters of water per day. In the morning, it is helpful to drink 1-2 glasses of water (preferably warm), and as much as 30 minutes before eating. It is advisable not to drink anything during the meal and for two hours afterwards as this reduces the concentration of gastric juice and slows down digestion. Water does not contain calories, does not irritate the stomach and does not require digestion. Therefore, if you want to lose weight, you should whenever you feel hungry between meals, drink a glass of water, but do not use substitutes (cold drinks, compote, tea, coffee, milk, etc.). The body constantly secretes metabolic products, so it is very important to take a shower or a bath every day. If the state of health permits, it is useful to practice a contrast shower. If you have trouble sleeping at night, you can take a warm bath. To relieve headaches, it is useful to soak your feet for 30 minutes, a hot tub can prevent the development of colds if taken at the first signs of illness (frost, heat, throat fever). Be sure to take advantage of the beneficial effects of water on your body!

4. Physical activity Physical activity. Movement trains the heart, lowers blood pressure, strengthens muscles, increases performance and endurance, burns extra calories, normalizes blood sugar and blood pressure, stimulates digestion. Physical activity strengthens the immune system, protects against infections and malignancies. Physical activity is important for strengthening bone tissue. This is especially true today, when the advances in scientific and technological progress have significantly reduced almost all physical activity. Restriction of mobility accelerates the aging of the body. During physical exercises, the hormone beta-endorphin is produced in the human body, which improves mood, relieves stress, eliminates symptoms of depression, makes nighttime sleep a complete rest. Daily physical activity for 30 minutes gives a noticeable positive effect. The important regularity of exercise: it is better to do it a little every day than a lot, but once a month. It is proved that the movement in the open air is much more useful than indoors. At the same time, together with physical activity, the human body benefits from sunlight and oxygen. The best and most affordable way to keep your body in good shape is to walk actively. Leave your car, elevator, walk! You can enjoy garden work, swimming or cycling. Regular exercise will not only improve your performance and endurance, but also give you a mental balance.

5. Rest Rest. Active activity and regular rest are integral parts of life. God gave man 6 days to work, and the seventh day was designated for mental and physical rest. God knew that this day was necessary to commune with Him, family and loved ones. These 24 hours with a calm conscience can be rested from work and all anxiety. In addition to weekly rest, the person is in need of a full-fledged daily sleep for 7-8 hours. Lack of sleep interferes with concentration, weakens the immune system, makes the body more susceptible to infections, negatively affects mood. The most effective sleep until midnight. It is at this time that the hormone endorphin is produced, and in children, another growth hormone. One hour to midnight equals two hours of sleep after midnight. To improve the quality of sleep, try to go to bed and wake up at the same time. Do not eat before bed. Physical activity during the day and a walk before bed improve the quality of rest. Take short breaks throughout the day. Use vacation time with your family every year. An important condition for a healthy sleep is inner peace. Nowadays many people do not have it. There are various reasons for this: problems in learning or relationships, workload, stress, feeling of need or hopelessness. The person is burdened with hatred and bitterness, guilt and lightness. Jesus Christ desires to take away this spiritual burden: "Come to Me all weary and burdensome, and I will reassure you!" (Matthew 11: 28). The peace and beauty of nature have a healing effect on tired people. Away from the glitter of lights, the street noise and the hustle and bustle of city life, in the beauty, silence and tranquility of nature, you can find the peace of mind you need.

6. Nutrition Nutrition. To be healthy, a person needs everything necessary for the activity of the cells of his body. It's not just water and air, it's proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, fiber and more. Almost all the necessary substances can be obtained from plant foods. Modern animal diseases have made eating meat a serious threat to health. Provided the right combination and skillful preparation of products of plant origin, sufficient supply of the necessary nutrients to the human body is guaranteed. It is well known that it is good for health to consume less sugar and fats, more fruits and vegetables, raw plant foods, whole grains, legumes and nuts. However, it is very difficult for most people to change their eating habits. Give your taste buds some time to rebuild! Set small but realistic goals. For starters, for example, get rid of meat products one day a week, or start the week with a fruit day in the summer. It is important for the digestive system to eat at the same time and take sufficient breaks between meals (4-5 hours) to allow the stomach to fully relax and rest. Dinner should be at least 4 hours before bedtime, so that the dream contributes to a full rest. There is one simple rule for this: eat breakfast like a king, dine like a prince, and dine (if need be) like a beggar. Never eat fast, chew it thoroughly. Make the dining atmosphere pleasant. Proper nutrition is the key to good health. Remember Hippocrates' words: "Let your food be your medicine".

7. Restraint Restraint is a rejection of harm and a moderation in what is useful. An important condition for good health is the abandonment of bad habits and not useful for the body food. Unrestrained everything: food, drink, work, rest - causes great harm to human health. Instead, the harmonious interaction of all the powers of the mind and body make it happy. Unfortunately, people tend to extremes. Some of them sunbathe in the sun, others literally do not leave the gym, for three hours sit in front of the TV. All of them are not able to find the true measure, and therefore deprive themselves of the pleasure that God has foreseen for wellness and joy. Because people are different, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. However, the content is the principle: "Give up everything that harms you, and to the extent use what is useful to you." No merchant can seriously argue that cigarettes are useful. This is true for alcohol, drugs, caffeine, and watching nightly TV. Many people today abuse drugs and various stimulants. The only safe way to keep yourself healthy is to give up all stimulant drugs and minimize the use of medication. It is not easy to deal with bad habits and passions. If you do not have the strength to fight a bad habit, you can pray with your faith to God and ask for help. Faith in God has helped many to win, for He has promised, "Therefore, if the Son will deliver you, you will truly be free" (John 8:36). You can also damage yourself with useful products (for example, to eat bread with bran or to work until completely exhausted in the open air). Master the art of moderation and restraint - and you will learn that less often benefits more.

8. Trust in God Trust in God. Modern scientific research shows that trust in God improves the quality of life. Faith, prayer, and service to the Lord, living by His commandments, make a person healthier and more satisfied, and increase their life expectancy. The power of faith that promotes health is felt by people who trustingly place their fate in God's hands and give Him all their problems. Through faith, people are free from alcohol and drug addiction, their lives become meaningful, and family relationships are harmonious. The key to such trust is the prayer: "Thy will be done." People with such a degree of trust will find protection in God even during a storm of life. When God created the first people, it was only natural for them to show confidence in their Heavenly Father. However, having sinned, people turned away from God, violated His ordinances, separating Himself from the fountain of life and true joy. This resulted in problems, illness and death. However, Jesus Christ came to liberate people from everything from their dark past and from everything that destroys them. He wants people to learn to trust Him again! Faith in God is born during Bible study, from which you can learn about the incomprehensible love of the almighty Creator to all people. Therefore, God is allowed to lead our lives! In the Bible, the Lord kept his unchanging promise: "Fear not, for thee, for I am, and look not, for I am thy God. I will strengthen thee, and help thee, and I will uphold the right hand of thy righteousness" (Isaiah 41:10). Just talk to the Lord as a friend about everything and as often as you can. No one will understand you the way He is. God will give peace to your soul. And no blows of fate will break you, you will have a bright hope, without fear you will look into the future, regardless of the circumstances. Trust God - and He will make your life complete!
